The Pretreatment Process
Our CPR SYSTEM is a two step process with ZERO discharge. The system consists of a high pressure phosphating pretreatment with recycling for large metal products.
Sandblasting Capabilities
DeLoka Sandblasting booth is 55’Long X 24’Wide X 16’High! We use TWO 600 lb high capacity OSHA approved blaster that is able to use fine, medium, and coarse sandblast.
Blast Options are as follows:
- SSPC-SP7 (Brush-Off Blast)
- SSPC-SP10 (Near White Metal Cleaning)
